1. Instant Download Restrictions: Due to the special nature of digital products (e-books, digital planners, etc.), once you have completed payment and obtained the download link or file access, the seven-day appreciation period does not apply, and no returns or refunds of any kind are accepted.

2. File Access: Please download the file as soon as you receive the download link and back it up properly. We cannot guarantee that download links for discontinued products will be provided permanently.

3. Technical Compatibility: Please read the product specifications carefully before purchasing to ensure that your device and software (such as specific note-taking software or readers) support this digital file format. Refunds cannot be provided due to incompatibility with your personal equipment.

III. Purchase and Logistics of Physical Goods

1. Order Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed only after we have received payment. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to stock shortages or pricing errors.

2. Shipping Time: Physical merchandise will be shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation. Shipping times for customized or pre-ordered items will be announced separately on the product page.

3. Return and Exchange Policy: Physical goods have a legally mandated seven-day appreciation period (excluding customized items). If there are any product defects or the wrong style is sent, please take photos within 7 days of receiving the goods and contact us via customer service email. We will then process an exchange for you. Returned goods must be in brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.
